These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AttachFlow (“AttachFlow” or “Service”), an Outlook add-in provided by TechXoetic (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using AttachFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AttachFlow enables users to:

  • Save email attachments to Microsoft OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online
  • Share files via secure Microsoft 365 links
  • Search files within authorized OneDrive and SharePoint locations

AttachFlow operates within Microsoft Outlook and integrates with Microsoft 365 services.

2. Microsoft Services Dependency

AttachFlow depends on Microsoft 365 services including:

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • OneDrive for Business
  • SharePoint Online
  • Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

Availability depends on Microsoft services and your organization configuration.

Microsoft, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. AttachFlow is independent and not endorsed by Microsoft.

3. Eligibility and Authorized Use

  • Valid Microsoft 365 account required
  • Authorized access to connected storage required
  • Compliance with laws and IT policies required

You are responsible for ensuring proper authorization before accessing files.

4. Authentication and Permissions

AttachFlow uses Azure AD authentication and only requests necessary permissions.

  • Save attachments
  • Generate secure links
  • Search authorized files

AttachFlow does not bypass Microsoft 365 permissions.

5. Data Handling and Storage

AttachFlow does not store customer files on TechXoetic servers.

Files remain within your Microsoft 365 tenant.

No file replication occurs outside Microsoft 365.

6. Telemetry and Diagnostic Data

  • Performance metrics
  • Error logs
  • Anonymous analytics

Used only to improve reliability. No document content stored.

7. Intellectual Property

All software and branding remain the property of TechXoetic.

8. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AttachFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

TechXoetic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may terminate access if Terms are violated.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the UAE.

Security & Data Protection

Authentication

Users authenticate using Microsoft 365 credentials.

Data Storage

All documents remain within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant.

Permission Model

AttachFlow operates within Microsoft 365’s permission framework without elevating privileges.

Data Transmission

All communications occur over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Telemetry

Limited diagnostic data may be collected for performance improvement.

Compliance Alignment

Built in alignment with Microsoft Office Add-in and Microsoft 365 security principles.

  • Must be authorized to access connected resources
  • Must comply with laws and IT policies
  • User responsible for proper authorization

4. Authentication and Permissions

  • Uses Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
  • Requests only necessary permissions
  • Does not bypass Microsoft 365 controls

5. Data Handling and Storage

  • Does not store customer files
  • Files remain within your Microsoft 365 tenant
  • No replication outside Microsoft 365
  • Security governed by Microsoft 365 environment

6. Telemetry and Diagnostic Data

  • Performance metrics
  • Error logs
  • Anonymous usage analytics
  • No file content stored

7. Intellectual Property

  • AttachFlow property of TechXoetic
  • No reverse engineering or redistribution allowed

8. Availability and Modifications

  • Service may be updated or discontinued anytime
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Provided “as is” and “as available”
  • No implied warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages

11. Termination

  • Access may be suspended if terms violated

12. Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of the UAE
